Join our Customer Care Team
This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team in our unique and inspiring Red Hill store. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Must be able to work Saturday or Sunday.
Our Customer Care team is made up of musicians who are passionate about the musical world around them. As part of their job at Simply for Strings, they are comfortable working interdepartmentally, assisting both our in-store and online customers in finding anything and everything they need. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction from the moment they arrive, whether this be at our bricks-and-mortar Red Hill store, or one of our online destinations.
- Striving to uphold and exceed industry standards through a high level of product knowledge and community awareness.
- Teaming and communicating effectively with co-workers to achieve optimal customer service.
- Maintaining outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
Our ideal candidate is a musician with teaching experience, someone with a pre-existing knowledge of our products, and who understands the importance of a budding musician receiving the right advice.
